The Steps:
As always, begin the Kata in Attention Stance, with feet together, hands at your side and eyes forward. Every Kata begins and ends from this stance with a bow.
Right foot to left and Bow.

- Horse stance with Middle level block to Left side
- Middle Reverse Punch to the Left side with Right fist
- Left foot to Right foot, Left Flowing Water Position (Left Forearm crosses the body, Right Hand in Ready Position at Belt.)
- Slide Left Foot Back into Horse Stance, Middle level block to Right side
- Middle Reverse Punch to Right side with Left fist
- Right foot to Left foot, Right Flowing Water Position (Right Forearm crosses the body, Left Hand in Ready Position at Belt.)
- Slide Right foot out into Right Kata Stance, Right Middle Level Augmented Block (Basically a Right Middle Level Inside Block with Left Closed Fist (Palm facing Up) at Right Elbow)
- Step forward, Left Kata Stance with a Lower X-Block
- Transition from Lower X-Block to Open Hand Upper X-Block
- Transition from Open Hand Upper X-Block to Right Middle Level Pressing Block (Both hands Open, Right Hand Palm Up Fingers Pointing Forward, Left Hand Joined at Knife Edge (Right) and Heel of Palm (Left) fingers Pointing at Ceiling
- Left Middle Reverse Punch
- Step forward, Right Kata Stance with Right Middle Reverse Punch
- 180 Degree turn, Horse Stance (Raise Right Leg and Rotate Body) (Facing Start) Right Down Block (Left Hand at Ready Position)
- Left Middle Level Hooking Block (Turn head to face forward, Left hand crosses over body before reaching out at Left side (much like an open Back Fist)
- Right Outside Crescent Kick, kicking open left palm
- Front Elbow strike with Right Elbow, left palm covers right elbow
- Right Middle Level Augmented Block (Basically a Right Middle Level Inside Block with Left Closed Fist (Palm facing Up) at Right Elbow)
- Right Augmented Swinging Punch into the Air, Left Fist remains at elbow (Transition from block to Punch above head, left Fist remains at elbow)
- Jump from current position back to start with a 180 degree turn, Lower X-Block, Feet are crossed at Ankles, Left foot behind Right foot
- Slide Right foot out, Right Kata Stance with a Right Middle Level Augmented Block (Basically a Right Middle Level Inside Block with Left Closed Fist (Palm facing Up) at Right Elbow)
- Turn upper body to face Forward, Reach with Right Open Hand, Left Open Hand at Ear
- Left Downblock/Break with a Kia!
- Left foot to Right, Turn, Sliding Right Foot Out into Right Kata Stance
- Reach with Left Open Hand, Right Open Hand at Ear
- Right Downblock/Break with a Kia!
Right foot to left and Bow.
